Section Sebes-Turda is split in four segments:
- Segment 1 - 17.00 km from Sebes to Paraul Iovului, contractors: SC Impresa Pizzarotti & C SpA - SC Pomponio SRL. Cost: 541,739,137 RON excluding VAT
- Segment 2 - 24.25 km from Paraul Iovului to Aiud; contractors: Aktor SA - SC Euroconstruct Trading SRL. Cost: 549,332,494 RON excluding VAT.
- Segment 3 - 12.45 km from Aiud to Decea, contractors: Tirrena Scavi SpA, Societa Italiana per Condotte d'Acqua S.p.A. Cost: 420,511,921 RON excluding VAT.
- Segment 4 - 16.30 km from Decea to Turda, contractors: Porr Construct SRL, Porr Bau GmbH. Cost: 470,004,894 RON excluding VAT.
