  DEx16: Arad - Oradea - A3 Expressway

The main route of this project is the DEx16 Arad - Oradea expressway. Am additional connecting route, called the A11 motorway (3.50km), between A1 motorway at Arad and DN7, of 3.50km, was opened in June 2012. The connection between Oradea and A3 motorway at Bors is under construction (13km out of a total of 18.96km will be an expressway; the remainder will be a national road).

- Section 1 Oradea - Salonta, 33.7km (and an additional connecting road of 5.3km between DN79 Oradea - Arad and Salonta)
- Section 2 Salonta - Chisineu Cris, 39.7km (and an additional connecting road of 10km with the border with Hungary)
- Section 3 Chisineu Cris - Arad, 47.07km (and an additional connecting road of 2.9km with Arad Vest Industrial Area)
